THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS NOT THE PRODUCT I WAS SHOWN. MODERN WINDOWS DID COME BACK AND ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, GIVEN THE VENDORS AND TYPE OF SHUTTERS THEY USE, IT WAS NOT RESOLVED COMPLETELY. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS NOT DETAILED AS EXPECTED, GAPS IN THE SHUTTERS, CHIPS IN MY WALL PAINT. ALL THE SHUTTERS LET LIGHT THROUGH THE VERTICAL CENTER WHEN CLOSED. MODERN WINDOWS TRIED TO TELL ME THIS IS INHERENT TO ALL SHUTTERS. THIS IS NOT CORRECT. WE HAVE USED ANOTHER COMPANY IN THE PAST AND RECEIVED THE PRODUCT WHICH WAS SHOWN, A QUALITY PRODUCT, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION WITHIN THE TIME FRAME DESCRIBED. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN WITH MODERN. I SHOULD HAVE USED THE OTHER COMPANY BUT THE QUOTES WERE $200 APART AND I THOUGHT THAT MODERN COULD DELIVER THE SAME PRODUCT.
