Where do we even begin, We’ve had this guy cutting our lawn for years and it’s been subpar at best. His guys will cut low spots killing off grass, damage sprinkler heads, sever A/C lines and we’ve suspected one of his guys has caused damages to our kids vehicles and sure enough we heard rocks strike one of their vehicles and checked the security cameras to see one of his guys caused approximately $2k in damages to our sons truck. The worker acknowledged it and accepted responsibility although his boss/owner Nick felt otherwise after seeing the steep estimate for repairs. He was more than willing to pay for the repairs upon initial contact but then after receiving the large amount estimate is trying to deny responsibility. We’ve terminated his services and now are going the legal route in pursuing payment for the damages. Best advice to anyone in the westchase,waterchase,Westwood lakes and surrounding area is to go with a company with integrity and who takes accountability and goes above and beyond to make right of their mistakes and accidents. This guy and his convict ankle monitor wearing crew aren’t who you want servicing your property.

Fantastic - Nick and his Team have always been responsive and gone above/beyond. We've had a few days where we needed to move our assigned day of service and just a simple text to Nick and they have been extremely flexible. Nick even personally attended to a sprinkler head that was accidentally damaged. Always attentive and we appreciate the relationship!

It started out mediocre and went downhill fast. Asked multiple times for general trimming of bushes which to this date has not been done. Texted, called, met with and did everything possible to no avail. Withheld payment towards the end of our service and advised no payment until concerns addressed. Received nasty text from owner. Stay away...

"Disgruntled customer. Always 2-3 months behind on payments from the beginning. Always had to to email and text for payment. Since payments were always late services always interrupted. Yard was always taken care of when customer paid for services. I cancelled his service and he his upset. Nick Mitrakos Owner"

I just wish I had found this company sooner. The owner is honest and reliable and open to communication. He ALWAYS gets back to you in a timely fashion and doesn't get upset if you are asking a question or even have a criticism (which I have yet to have, but I'm positive he would be fine with it). His team is reliable and comes when promised and it's always the same team, so they really get to know your yard and you. His price for service is comparable to the many others we have tried and been disappointed in. I have already recommended Mitrakos Lawn Service to several of my neighbors and will do so again.

The edging was better from the first time. After about 5 weeks, we are thrilled at the noticeable difference that his finesse makes in how the lawn looks. He even asked how we thought he was doing and if we were satisfied. In my opinion, it takes a confident person, and one concerned about his business's success, to ask that question. The little extra cost each month is worth it for someone who takes genuine pride in his work.

Mitrakos Lawn Care has done an amazing job with our landscaping. We look forward to them coming out and making everything look great every quarter. They have also fixed our sprinkler system so that it waters the lawn better and gets better overall coverage. They always arrive on time and are very knowledgeable about lawn care. We have had had several companies assist us with our landscaping and they have definitely been the most reliable. They are also reasonably priced and respond quickly to any inquiries we have. Nick is great to work with. We highly recommend Mitrakos Lawn Care.

Mitrakos lawn care has been taking care of my yard for the last couple of years. I've been extremely pleased with the job the company does. The owner Nick Mitrakos is a very friendly and professional guy who always makes sure your happy with the service and answers any questions you may have. The company offers a variety of additional services and I've had Nick rip out some shrubs in the past for a very reasonable fee. I positive his rates are competitive, he lives locally in the Westchase area and I highly recommend him.

What I like about Mitrakos lawn care is that the owner Nick is always present when the work is being done. He prides himself in going above and beyond in taking care of his clients. He is reliable and excellent value for the services he provides. If he can't do it he knows someone who can and will help you out with all you landscaping needs.

They did lawn and yard work before we moved out. The job was $85.00. They charge more if you are a short term member and less if you are a long term member.
