Mike's Floor Covering

Mike did a wonderful job stretching our upstairs carpets. The carpets were probably installed without being pulled as tightly as they should have been and the humidity could also have played a part in worsening the situation, too. He had to remove quite a bit of carpeting. Also, Mike is also an extremely nice man!

Javier did the work for us and did a great job. Worked with Mike initially to finalize work to be done and cost. Cost listed was for labor only. We bought all supplies from Tile Outlet. Javier worked hard and was very professional. I would definitely hire him again. Mike was also very professional and seems to have a great team. They did a great job.   The crew was quick and efficient, and the carpeting and workmanship were both top quality for a reasonable price. The owner stopped by to ensure everything was going well.

Mike comes in and does the quote and then he hires contractors to come in and put in the flooring and the carpet. The contractors did a fine job but that doesn't necessary will guarantee a repeat performance, you might not have the same contractor, right?  He aims to please, I thought that he certainly wanted my feedback. I saw a seam and he made sure the guy was back out there the next day fixing that. I felt like he wanted me to get a good experience and a good product for my money.
The quality was fine, it was acceptable, but that's my concern is you get the same carpet or the same flooring but the possibility of the workmanship could change.

They met our expectations. They had to come back out once for the carpet, but they came right out and took care of it. The service was personalized and they brought a lot of samples out to help us find exactly what we wanted. They had good workmen come out to do the work. He subcontracted out, but they did a nice job.

The job went great. All of the old flooring was taken up and disposed of. The laminate was done in one day, despite the two large areas to be covered. Quarter-round was installed around edges and caulked. Terrific job! Beautiful! Then the carpet arrived and two installers worked tirelessly for two days to install all 4 bedroom and a large upstairs landing and hallway, plus did a super job on the stairs. We are very pleased with the way Mike listened to what we were looking for and showed up with the best samples and products. We had 4 companies in for estimates and Mike's Flooring offered the best selection and price.
