He came to us and promised to finish our few projects,he immediately asked for money to start, we gave him $2000 upfront, he did little job and asked for more money, we were stupid enough to give him $4000 more. He stated he is "professional" he need all the money we agreed beginning of the contract, he also stated that he would get permit and finish all the work in 15 days. It has been one month, we gave him total of $7800 and he did only not even $1000 worth of job. He is just scam, he uses someone's else company for to get his check from us. The name of the person Arisleidy Falette. Arisleidy Falette cashed all our check immediately. They also wrote us a check for $7500 to get our trust back, but that check doesn't have sufficient fund either. Be Aware of these two names. He took our money and not going to do the job. He just keep saying he will but unfortunately he is just big scam. NEVER WORK WITH HIM! NEVER GIVE MONEY TO HIM! We are starting legal action against to him.

He quoted us a good price, and began work while we were out of the state. He had committed to getting the work done in June, but when we arrived in July, the porch was entirely torn up. Strike 1. After a few weeks of gradually rebuilding the porch, he made little progress - citing weather and health constraints. Strike 2. He showed up for a couple days - worked feverishly to get it into shape - only to claim that he really needed us to pay him to ensure that his team was compensated. We trusted him and paid him the agreed amount. He never showed up again. Strike 3-10. Our porch was left unfinished. Moreover, folks from Madison Construction came by to assess what still needed to be done... and concluded the the entire job had been botched. The porch wasn't level, there was cement all over the place, and it wasn't all that structurally sound. Really a disaster of a job that will likely cost us more than twice his original estimate to fix. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS MAN.
