Terrible! Do not hire this company Mighty Movers of Tampa (owner Melissa Henrichs). I have several broken pieces of furniture (headboard, blanket chests, chairs) not to mention all the scratches and dents because her moving help didn't use the moving pads that were available. Tried to resolve this thru uhaul moving help and owner gave some ridiculous story of how she was sick and didn't have enough $$ for rent and couldn't reimburse me. I only wanted my money back that I paid. I'm sure she could have filed with her insurance but said she'd have to pay out of pocket? It will cost twice that for the repairs! I have filed a complaint with the BBB. She has currently closed her business and I question whether there were just too many other complaints of her business that seemed to be a major scam!
