Microsoft was also very helpful. I've worked with Microsoft a couple of times. Every time there's a software update, there's always a risk of problems. They have a phone number that you can call in for expert for Windows update problems. When there's a Windows update, there's a very specific phone number and a certain set of key words that you have to say into their prompts, to get to their tech support. You talk to them and get it straightened out with them, and they're very, very helpful. The Tier Two person remoted into my computer - Tier Two magic - and got my monitor to communicate with the computer, and then it worked. I have used them a couple of times.

They have a specific phone number to call for tech support for Windows updates. Very helpful. Customer service rep connected me to a Tier 2 rep who connected and got my monitor to communicate with the computer.

The first time they had no idea what to do, but appeared to be trying her best. The second time I got someone who knew what he was doing. And, within 20 minutes my computer was functioning perfect.

A sales representative took my order and I had them confirm my name, billing address and credit card information. I had a problem with Toys R Us placing my order and entering my information correctly. I asked the sales representative at Microsoft to repeat a few times. I called back to check on the status of the order and I was repeatedly put on hold and hung up on me. After speaking with someone, I found out that they had indeed made a mistake on my order. They tried to issue a credit and move on but I did not want to. Since then, they've decided to retaliate. They have continually given me bad service because of the notes on my account (regarding when I initially placed the order). They have refused service. I have tried to contact supervisors unsuccessfully. I have tried to return the XBox, but they have claimed that I have past the 30-day refund range. They then gave me to their legal department.
