We found a great home in the school zone that we wanted, but the property needed a new roof and we wanted to add a Sunroom addition to the back.  Mike worked tirelessly to help us secure an FHA 203K Renovation Mortgage.  There were a great deal of ups and downs with finding the right contractors, securing bids, getting all of the inspections, and even a rebuttal of the appraisal.  Mike was a professional through it all, offering expert professional advice and guidance throughout the process.
We close today!  I'm very happy.
