The yard had a few minor issues stemming from a water issue and the yard had browned in a few spots. They replaced the bad sod and sent a crew out to physically pull every weed out of the yard in the other spots where the grass had weakened some and weeds had started to move in. After that they did a fertilization and weed treatment on the yard.
Had a minor issue with the master bath shower leaking and we have an open work order as of today to get it fixed, I'm confident they'll have someone out in the next couple of days to get that worked out as well.
We'd done some research on M/I prior to buying our house and they have a good overall reputation, and now I can see why. New houses always have a few gremlins, and MI has been great so far about getting them ironed out.
I would definitely recommend their homes to anyone looking to buy a new house.
