dry cleaning
 + -1 moreMy only complaint is: The woman who I picked the dresses up from asked me; did you leave them off on Weds or Thurs? I said Thursday and she said "Too Bad, if you left them on Weds the dry cleaning would have been half price" (I'm not sure of the exact days but the chronology is correct). I was very annoyed that the woman who I handed them to on Thurs had not mentioned the half price deal as this was a very expensive bill. I felt they should have informed me of this deal so it would have been my choice to wait or leave them right then. I'm not sure if I will use them again or not for that reason. I did ask if they would give something off since I was not given the choice of the discount. They said no.
Description of Work: I had one long formal dress and 3 short silk dressed to be dry cleaned. I read on Angies list that McNatts does wedding dresses and my long dress was a complicated one in that it was formal with a few layers of fabric. They said to return the following day to pick it up and I did and it was ready on time as I was told it would be. It all looked fabulous. Completely satisfied with the job!

 + -1 moreIt went very well. Everyone there knows me by name. They always package the clothing very nicely. They make sure that things are well taken care of. They have called me a few times regarding care of delicate items.
