Great experience with Jeff at Maverick. It was a small job, however, he took it on as a large job spending time making sure his work was completed and done right. I would highly recommend him!

Couldn't be happier. I am tired of contractors who don't show up, don't call, can't keep appointments, don't answer the phone, don't follow up or follow instructions, look sloppy, don't know their stuff, take forever to start or finish, do sloppy work, drink too much, charge too much, and leave a mess. But that's just me. Jeff and Maverick Plastering LLC are the opposite of all that. Jeff observed what I needed done, answered my many questions, listened to my concerns and concepts, addressed all of them in a timely and reasonable way, and got to work. Job was done in thorough and skillful manner with good attention to detail. The crew willingly made adjustments to certain angles and features that I noticed during the job. I'm picky and put up with no BS, but Jeff saw to it that the job was done right, with no objections, complaining, or excuses. Even got up in the attic himself to re-attach a dryer vent that was removed during application. Made my window sills look hand crafted. The surface texture of my existing stucco was matched perfectly by the new work on the gables—not an easy trick. Also, rather than the expense of tearing off all the existing fiberboard siding that was there and replacing it with new plywood as a base, Jeff advised that the waterproofing, lath, and stucco could be applied over the existing base without any threat of additional water damage. His crew got busy sawing off and replacing the decayed portion only, reducing the costs significantly. Other contractors came out and after a brief look around were happy to quote exorbitant, fanciful numbers. They did not present themselves as any more competent than Jeff, that's for sure. In fact, I almost laughed a couple off my doorstep for looking like they'd just crawled out of a dumpster, but I was gathering quotes. Thanks to Jeff and the crew for a job well done.
