Excellent work for major leak from improperly installed water line. However, one star rating due to price gouging; exorbitantly and unreasonably expensive for labor, time and materials.

Friendly and efficient

Yesterday I returned a call from Alissa in from a contact I left because I needed a plumber right away. I returned the call to Matt's Plumbing Service your office was able to help me with my the same day. When Alissa assuming me that  someone could come out between 10-12, I was so grateful because I was panicking because my water hose connector was spraying out water uncontrollably until we had to turn the water off outside at the water meter. Then within approximately 5 minutes, I get a text that Chad Snyder is on his way. Thank you Alissa for hearing my cry and Thank you Chad Snyder for coming out and fixing my water leak and doing it in a timely manner. Both of you are AWESOME to me customer for life??? Fixed the original issue upon inspection, and went above she beyond for my second issue. Noticed other issues and fixed them, saving me a lot of $$$ down the road.

They were very professional. Answered our questions honestly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Technician Chris Sinclair was brilliant and arrived on time very polite and knowledgeable. Replaced the shower valve in the master bathroom. This was not an easy one to do and he had to go in from the back of the wall, he got it done, and it is working better than ever. Chris, you are an asset to Matts Plumbing. Thank you for such a great job!!
