+ -1 moreWe purchased Cool Gel split king adjustable bed at home show. I chose medium mattress and my wife chose firm. After 60 days she decided the firm was too firm. They provide a 120 day exchange for cost of $99. They were prompt in delivery of new mattress and exchange of "old" mattress. No hassles. Although located in Tampa, they sell mostly at home shows. Highly recommend!
