Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
We would not recommend Matlock Homes. After planning our remodeling project, they promised that the project would be complete in 4 weeks. In reality, it took them 5 months to complete. Workers would routinely be sent to other jobs and work was constantly pushed back. It got so bad that we had to constantly have someone physically present at the property to ensure the workers wouldn’t leave early. It took a complaint to BBB and at one point we even got the licensing board involved in order to pressure them to finish the project. It was impossible to reach management many days. The lack of communication and broken promises we found very unprofessional. Bottom line, we would not recommend this company to anyone.
