It has been okay.

We are happy with the services that this company provides. They have kept our lawn pretty green for the summer. We have had a few issues with scheduling appointments because I prefer a 24 hour notice so that I can make plans for my children so that they do not play in the freshly sprayed yard. They are trying hard to work with me and we have come up with a system of communication. Overall, we are pretty happy with this company and we have been a customer for a couple years, we were with Middleton before Massey bought them out.

I recently completed one year with this company. I have termite, pest and lawn car service with them. I had them in Tallahassee for several years and they were good up there. When I came down here, I had my new home protected with their termite protection plan by spraying the interior walls and rafters. Later I added lawn service and pest control. They initially did a good job on my lawn, but they failed to aerate it as promised and the technician doing the work didn't even know it was in my contract. I was told they would also sod places that died and they did not do that either. When I renewed my contract, they finally did an aeration (one of the mangers had to come out and do it) and they did some resodding, but not enought to do that much good on one side of my lawn. They seem to disagree about what is causing my lawn to die in spots. One said mold, the other said chinch bugs, and another said water. When I finally called the office manager and asked about why I wasn't getting some of the things promised in the contract, it took awhile before they responded to my request. My back lawn looked better last year than it does this year. It now has a large patch that is dead grass and the technician said it was chinch bugs. They put a few sod pieces down, but not enough to cover it, and it has not grown back, so I'm putting soil on it and will probably resod it myself. I did this with my side yard, and it worked well. They were suppose to aerate my lawn again in September, but it's now December, and they haven't done so yet. The technician says it isn't her job, so I guess I will have to call the office again and see what they will do about it. If I don't get better lawn service, I'll probably go elsewhere next year. The pest control is adequate, and I have no problems with terminates to date, since I had the structure sprayed before the walls went up.

I haven't been with them for very long. It's hard to tell the quality of the work at this point. They come when they are scheduled to come once a month. I don't really deal with them.

They recommended that when my yard was dying they would come in to put in new plugs and sod. They also offered a guarantee and so far my yard is looking pretty good. I also don't have any bugs in my house which I am grateful for. I have also used other companies that cost a lot more. You pay for the quality that Massey has to offer.

I have a yearly contract with them which covers a quarterly maintenance. They take care of any issues inside. They do the checking around the house. They clear cobweb. They make a report if they see anything and then make recommendations on how to avoid them. As far as pest services go, I don't have any issues with them. They have done well.

It was already set up when I moved into this house so I stuck with them. They have done a really good job and the people have always been real nice. I will continue to use them.
