Marty got me quote within a day via text. Once hired he communicated w me about a delay and his workers showed up when scheduled. Work looks great. We had about 50 pickets that were replaced, pressure washed and sealed. Great work!

I called Mr. Heid to come out and give me a free estimate he came out within a day or two give me the free estimate the price was excellent beating all other prices in the area he had installed a 6 ft High board on board 4 inch boards 150-foot looks excellent and I really appreciate his work and his helpers do an excellent job.

Excellent customer service which is hard to find these days! Marty answered my call immediately. Marty Jr. came out 1st thing in am and repaired my fallen, heavy 6' wood fence. I am very happy and grateful for their kindness, service, quality and cost. I plan to hire them to replace current fence... extremely pleased with the estimate. Thank goodness for a company that actually cares about their business and appreciates the customer. There's not many of them left in my experience. I'll continue to stick with the winners like Marty Heid Fence. I highly recommend them!!

I paid Marty Heid $5k to replace my fence. In the process, his crew broke a pipe to the sprinkler system, never said anything to me. I later found out when I had a large hole in the ground, about 1 month later. The old fence post was also left in the ground right next to where they broke the pipe. I contacted Marty immediately, only to be told it is my fault, but he will fix. 1 1/2 weeks go by, with nothing but excuses from Marty. Be careful with this guy. He is quick to take your money, to send a crew out that he underpays, only to find out they probably care about the job as little as Marty pays them, and it shows by his avoidance to take any financial responsibility for his businesses mistake.

When we completed your job, we understood that you were pleased with the fence and workmanship. Our policy is that you pay nothing until you are pleased. Upon notification of the problem with the sprinkler, I called to let you know that my installer would come back and fix the sprinkler. At that time, you said not to do that. You stated that you preferred to do it yourself. knowing the problem is resolved is very important to us, as well as yourself. If we can be of any further assistance, we would be happy to do so."

Marty Heid and his son were both so nice and easy to work with. it is so refreshing to find someone who comes when they tell you they will, gives you an estimate and then comes to complete the work very quickly. I had repair work done at a rental and then had some additional work done at my residence. They did great work.

the original fence had more problems and mistakes then carter has pills. Marty took the time to explain all the options and how to fix The many mistakes the previous company made. After finishing he went through all the changes in detail then gave me a demo on everything , He then and only then took payment. He also put a few extras in that would insure my little dogs could not escape. (very professional} Need a fence or repair CALL MARTY.
