Maritza Ortega

I scheduled a day with Maritza 1 month in advance. She called a Spanish-speaking neighbor at 9am (on the day and time she was due) to say she wouldn't be able to come until the next day (which was Thanksgiving eve). Maritza has family who translates for her, so I was suspicious as to why she didn't ask them to translate and why she waited until the moment she was supposed to work before calling. I said it was unacceptable and that she should come that day. She called several hours later and arrived that afternoon. Her work was not as thorough as before (perhaps she took a last minute job that morning just before Thanksgiving and wanted to push me to the next day? I had recommended her to several neighbors and they were happy with the quality of her work, however, I heard from one person that she did not show up twice to clean. I will continue to employ her (unless she postpones again) but I cannot recommend her to anyone else because of the reliability issue.

She is professional and hard working. She is eager for more clients which is why I have gone out of my way to help her out. She deserves it and you won't go wrong in hiring her. My previous cleaning service had a lot of turnover of employees and they had all kinds of things that weren't included.. always trying to add to the bill. I'm very happy and you will be too.
