They are convenient to use. They have done quality work for me. The prices are slightly high, but still reasonable.

I've used Maria on and off for a past year. They always do an excellent job. She's very professional and polite.

I chose this company because of her location. She does the service herself and provides consistency and accountability. She offers a good price and she does good work. She is honest and personable. I felt comfortable with her in my home.

Pros: She is usually really good at cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, though the quality lately has been a little lacking. She has never missed a cleaning day. She is trustworthy and likable. Cons: Despite saying she needs the business, she doesn't act like she wants it much. Her price is really high for the work performed. Another service did a better job cleaning and charged less, but I didn't stay with them because I wanted the person(s) doing the cleaning to get the money, not a parent company. She has not learned how to run her business well. She isn't very responsive, and it was a hassle to get any sort of regular schedule in place. All in all, I'm very sorry to say that I cannot recommend her. At one time, yes; not anymore, though. Something is off, and she is not running her business as if it means much to her. She charges too much and doesn't clean as well as she used to. Her heart doesn't seem to be in it. Her daughter used to work with her, including the handling of administrative functions, and things went much more smoothly then.

I have used her for a year and the only complaint is she needs to be a little more thorough in dusting. She is pleasant to have around and has never missed a cleaning day. She is excellent with floors and bathrooms.

She has flexible hours. She is very friendly and easy to work with.

The first time I called for an estimate, it took a week for them to call me back. Maria was punctual/professional in giving the estimate and we agreed on a date and time. Maria, her daughter and son arrived promptly and did a very thorough cleaning job. I called back two weeks later and there the nightmare begins. I got no response...I called again a week later, then waited another week and tried a third time. This time I received a call back from Maria's daughter who left a message stating they would be there the next morning. This was not convenient for me. I had no chance to speak to someone to get a different date so called and left a message canceling. I tried another time and was told that they do not schedule ahead. This is ridiculous. We are a distance from Maria and I believe she did not want to make the trip unless she had other work in the area. NOTE: there is now a sign that says she will not work in our location...too little, too late.

I am extremely pleased with Maria's Maid. First of all, they were very prompt to come to my house to do the initial estimate and cleaning. I have been with them for almost a year and I intend to continue. The house is sparkling from top to bottom, and they have accommodated a few special requests that I have had. I strongly recommend them.

They are very thorough; calls us every other week to let us know when she is coming. She confirms all of the appointments. Very courteous.

Overall service is excellent. The bathroom shower/tub came out AMAZING! Maria is incredible, pleasant, friendly, hardworking, and honest. She is very thorough and the best house cleaner in Tampa. I couldn't live happily without her. When I come home to a clean house it brings me joy and a sense of relief. I had tried several other companies and non compare to the quality of work that Maria provides. She works in our home for several hours every other week.

I am very satisfied. She is very trustworthy and does what needs to be done.

Maria and her daughter provide excellent cleaning and housekeeping services. They have a wonderful work ethic, and are honest, which is a rare combination in today's society. I would not hesitate to leave them alone in the house.

Great. I called and Maria was able to get here to clean the very next day (day before Thanksgiving). This was great, since we decided pretty late to have the family dinner at our house. Maria did a great, thorough job and I will definitely use her again in the future.

Excellent job!!! I have never had a person or service do such a good job. Also, since I usually clean my house and couldnt this weekend, Maria came out on Saturday, which is her normal day off to clean my house for me.

The bathrooms sparkle. They cleaned the kitchen, even the plastic dish drain board. She polished the SS appliances! They haven't looked so good since purchased. I appreciate the work, and will be a repeat customer.

I had called several house cleaners when we were on vacation in London. We found out we would be having people from out of town as soon as we were back (after three weeks). I called Maria and she was very responsive and was able come out and clean the house. She showed up on time and charged a fair price. I now use her on a bi-weekly basis. Her is pricing is reasonable and she is very personable and I really like the work she does. She has more of a personal touch than going through a group cleaning service.

MARIA IS VERY DEPENDABLE AND DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. HER WORK IS CONSISTENT AND SHE ADDS LITTLE PERSONAL TOUCHES (ARRANGES ANIMALS IN KIDS ROOM) SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. I FELT SO STRONGLY ABOUT HER, THAT I ADDED HER TO ANGIE'S LIST.
