I was looking at different stone pavers and stumbled on this site. I contacted the owner (Ali) directly, as I could not see some of the prices. It was fairly late(almost 10PM), and I was expecting for VM machine to pick-up: lo and behold, Ali answered. Very politely he guided me to register on the website to see all the prices, and answered the few questions I had at the time. I then spent a few hours scouring through his website. The next day I called him again, and ordered a few samples. They were shipped to me the same day, and arrived at my door steps 2 days later. Whenever I called/e-mailed Ali afterwords, be if for advise or for another sample, he was ALWAYS available. And the few times he wasn't, he'd get back to me within minutes - a merchant quality I highly appreciate in any business relationship. Long story short, Ali is a very pleasant and sweet guy to deal with - I trusted him to make his job easier, and he trusted me on more than one occasion. It is a true rarity to find a businessman who is making it his business to be fair and informative - Ali is the best I've ever dealt with. I can attest to the validity of this statement, as Ali helped me in every possible way in order to get my project done in the most efficient and economically prudent manner.
