MAJESTIC HOME REALTY

For any landlords thinking of using Majestic Home Realty, please DON'T do it!   For both emergency maintenance needs as well as non-emergency requests, Josh Toledo and his team are incredibly slow to respond to tenants, if they respond at all.   Any repairs we've ever needed completed, we've had to end up doing ourselves, as Josh is perpetually "out of the country and unable to respond", or we've waited weeks for responses.   Case in point currently?   We are going on Day 3 with a broken air conditioning unit in the condo, with unprofessional and unreliable "technicians" being assigned to our requests.   Granted, none have even made it in the condo to look at the a/c yet.   And given that it's now Sunday, Josh hasn't responded to our calls all day.
I'm not sure of Majestic Home Realty's pricing for residential property management services, but I can promise it's not worth the hassle for the tenants (and possibly home detriments resulting from his lack of response).   In my opinion, the claim of 24/7 service by the company is completely false.  I would not recommend their services to anyone.
