Maid Connection

Very disappointing! We hired them for 8 hours and with the house alarm we know the service was only here for 7 hours. We used to have a lady clean our home including laundry in 5 hours and it looked great. Overall it looks like my wife and I spent a couple hours each cleaning. The shower wasn't cleaned, bathroom counters not cleaned, living room carpet not vacuumed among many other things. It would have been one thing to not get it all done in 8 hours but to shave a full hour off of service and do a poor job is inexcusable in my book.

They were able to price my task accurately over the phone, They called to confirm the initial appointment and have been on time each and every week. Very professional and friendly service. I recommend them to all.

Terrific!!! The maid cleans my home every other week. I provide the supplies and tools, and she does the work.

They estimated the job and the person who cleaned what very good.

I still use Maid Connection, they're wonderful. What I like about them is that they send me the same person all the time, who is very good and who I like. When I have to change the schedule they are very accommodating with that. I have them in on a regular basis every other week.

I read the reviews about this company and spoke with Linda. I had a few concerns and she expressed how the company would handle such things if they were to occur. I decided to take a chance and I have to say I'm glad I did. The tech who came to my house arrived on the dot and with a pleasant attitude. Since this is our new house and we moved from a condo, we didn't have everything she needed to clean. She told me which things work best and I went out and purchased them right away. (mop, vacuum) ...we had a dyson slim for our condo previously, and our central vacuum system is being repaired.
She did a great job. She was thorough and cleaned our home as if it were her own home.
The price is fair and decent.

I have had an issue with each time someone from this company came out to clean my home as well as someone not even showing up after I made an appointment.The first time using them the girl was late and then skipped a room and when I asked her if she did it, she said " She was afraid to touch it because there was glass". It didnt make alot of sense to me, since the glass was just cheap glasses on the table from Bed, Bath and Beyond. Then she tried to leave early (When this is a PER HOUR paid service and a minimum of 4 hours), she tried to leave a 1/2 hour early because she said she had a sick kid at home. So next time I called for an Appointment, I asked for a different cleaner. This appointment, this girl was also late and tried to leave a 1/2 hour early, although she did do a great job on the cleaning. I recommended her since the cleaning was good to my mother. Again, she left early, and did not finish her last room.And finally I went with 1 more appointment to hopefully get past the issues and on that 3rd cleaning the person never showed up. No call to cancel, not a word from her. I had to clean the place myself and not do all the tasks that I had planned to do while the cleaner was cleaning, which now never got done over the weekend as needed. I tried to call the office, which was not open, so I left a voicemail. They called me Monday to apologize on my voicemail. I called them back to see about how they would rectify this. The owner tried to make excuses and reschedule without any type of compensation or offer of discounted services for my next visit.Issues all 3 times and the Owner never offered any resolution that would make up for my time. Poor Service!

I appreciate the fact they work indefinitely I work to much and cannot be in depth all the time. The firsts visit they were able to function with out me.

We are not happy with the service. There were many times when I called the owner to complain and she would tell me to call the cleaner. There were many times when we would return home and find that she never made it to our side of the home, thus our bathroom and bedroom wouldn't get finished - this happened two weeks in a row. I asked if she needed additional time to complete the cleaning but she never stayed longer. There were times when the coffee pot would still be filled and grinds in the top when returning home. I worked with the owner who said to write down what I wanted done. I tried to do this but each week I would have to rewrite the list again. If something (like clean microwave) wasn't on my list it wouldn't be done.

The cleaner called out because of car problems at least three times during her tenure here - which wasn't a problem but I thought it excessive. After we decided at the last auto problem not to use them anymore -- I cleaned my home only to find that she never dusted the tops of any furniture. The dust behind our bureau was at least 1and quot; thick and under the bed had not been done.

Needless to say I am disappointed that in order to hire good cleaners I have to be home to supervise. I cannot do this and trusted that the owner would check up on her personnel to ensure that they were doing a good job. I gave them lots of time to improve but there was no improvement.

The ladies that organize the cleaning people for this company were very kind and professional over the phone. My problem with this company was that the people that came to clean my house, three different people on three different occasions, either had little to no previous experience as a housekeeper or did a terrible job. I used three different ladies with them, so I gave them several chances, but only the first one was good. Then that lady became unavailable, so I tried two others. One lady had no previous experience and so did a very poor cleaning job (but did do a nice job of ironing) and was not very fast (which when you are paying for a certain number of hours makes a difference) and the other lady simply did not do what I asked and actually left the house with dirty dishes in the sink and dirty floors. I think this company has potential if they hire better personnel and do a test run of all their employees at their OWN HOMES before sending them out to the homes of their customers. I specifically said that I only wanted someone sent to my house if they knew the person well and knew that they did quality work. And, repeatedly, this just did not happen and I was left very disappointed and will, unfortunately, not use this company again. That being said, I would recommend that you try this company once and see if they have improved their personnel.

Jackie is very detailed, and does an excellent job. I continue to use this service.

Pleases and may use again in the future

The professionalism is outstanding. Very responsive in fact could have had someone out the same day I called. The same person cleans my house each time which is also a plus. The price was (is) very reasonable. I will have them cleaning my house twiice a month forever!

The service is great because if Melanie cannot make it, the company will provide another person who does just as great. The price is wonderful for the service provided. We have them clean our house from top to bottom including cleaning of interior windows. I have had two other cleaning services and this one is by far my best experience. We plan to use them for many years to come and have referred them to others.

This was my first time using Maid Connection. I had scheduled for Danielle to clean my house on a Monday at 8 AM. I contracted them for 4 hours at $80 total. I received a call first thing Monday saying Danielle had called in sick and they would have someone else come out. The substitute arrived around 9:30. Since I already had a previous scheduled doctor's appointment, I had to leave prior to her finishing. When I returned home, I noticed the receipt she left indicating time that she left - it was closer to 3.5 hours, rather than 4. As I walked around the house, I became disappointed because she did not do a very thorough job. Some pretty obvious spots were not addressed, the stove top wasn't cleaned, numerous items were out of place. Just overall not very happy with the quality of work.

Their service is outstanding.

This is an on time, dependable, excellent service. They are very pleasant. I love 'Hong', who is a very hard worker, and aims to please your wants and needs.

They are very easy to work with, and helpful with scheduling.

We have weekly service. Lexie does a top-notch job each week.

They offer a great service. They are trustworthy and you can feel comfortable when they are in your home. My house sparkles when they are finished and it always smells so good. I have recommended them to many others.
