Tom did an outstanding job for us! Our home looks great and 10 years newer!

Tom Ross gave me an initial estimate after visiting my home and we arrange for him to come out to pressure was yesterday. My pool area was dreadful, subsequent to the winter, with green mold growing on the screened area; the kool decking around the pool was horribly dirty and I thought I was going to need to repaint it. However, when I arrived home from work, Mr. Ross had done such an excellent job that the decking looks brand new again! With any type of pressure washing, damage to the concrete, walls or paint is always a consideration however Mr. Ross clearly knows what he is doing and went to great lengths to ensure that the dirt and grime was removed with no damage to the area cleaned. He also cleaned outside the front door and front of the home where many insects had built nests and spider webs; it looks very clean. I would highly recommend this company and I thought the price was excellent; Mr. Ross even gave me an additional discount because I notified him that I had identified him from Angie's List. He was professional and friendly on the phone.

The provider was very promp, professional, and a great plesure to work with. The work was accomplished in a timely manner, hpouse and pool cage looked great. I would strongly suggest others to use this service for their pressure washing needs. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks Tom for a job well done!

Tom was very punctual. Arrived in the morning to provide me with an estimate. Right after agreeing with the estimate we scheduled the job. He had immediate availability and again showed up first thing on Wednesday morning. He took care of treating the house and driveway. Then he cleared some gutters and then pressure washed house and driveway. After job was finished I was able to walk around and inspect all work. The house looks brand new!! I even discussed hiring them again for a "once over" before the holiday company arrives. Today we were able to enjoy a wonderful afternoon on our super clear porch for the first time since we moved in back in July. Many thanks to Magic and we look forward to having them wash our house again.

Tom showed up prombtly in the AM. We walked the jobsite to confirm the scope of the project and he went to work immediately. When finished he offered to walk the site prior to removing his pressure lines to make sure I was happy with the work. He was great and I would not hesitate to use him again.

We were amazed at how good it looked. It looked so white and clean and really stood out every time we drove up to our house. He killed the mold on the sidewalk and all of the stains on the driveway. Even got the rust marks off of the house and fence! He was very nice and professional.

He was very quick about scheduling and performing the work. He did an outstanding job...especially on the roof.

Tom said he would make it shine and he did! I contacted Tom on a Friday about power washing my home, driveway, sidewalks, pool deck and cage, and fence, he gave me a quote and said he could do the work the next day! He was very pleasant to speak with on the phone and had a great, upbeat demeanor. Tom arrived on time and immediately began evaluating and prepping the property. He explained in detail his process, what to expect, and steps to maintain until the next annual cleaning. Tom was very patient to answer any questions before, during the process and after. The driveway was exceptionally dirty and Tom made sure to get it as clean as possible by going over it a few more times that what is usual. Tom took about two hours to complete the work and said he'd be glad to come back in a year for the next annual cleaning. Without a doubt I will call Tom when this comes around and have no hesitation in referring him to anyone needing a professional, customer oriented power washer who does a fantastic job!

He was very thorough and did an excellent job. My pool screen enclosure had not been power washed in a few years and when he finished it looked like new.

To was extremely friendly and flexible with our schedule. The day of, he arrived, walked me through the process, what process he would use, and addressed my questions. My biggest concern was a bout damaging the paint- which he told me he is the "master of low pressure cleaning". This proved to be very accurate- there was no damage whatsoever. (I've heard horror stories about other pressure washing companies). Our house looks absolutely amazing. You just don't know how bad your driveway can get until you have it professionally cleaned.. I love driving up to see my house! Our 5yo daughter came home from school and said "ooooo, the house looks PRETTY!!" I would HIGHLY recommend Tom Ross and Magic Power Washing! Dave Hamilton
