LUGO PROMPTLY RETURNED MY INITIAL PHONE CALL & MET WITH ME THE NEXT DAY AT 5:30 P.M. TO ACCOMMODATE MY WORK SCHEDULE. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND ARRIVED WITH AN EXTENSIVE AND IMPRESSIVE PHOTO ALBUM OF COMPLETED PROJECTS. HE PRO-ACTIVELY KEPT ME INFORMED OF HIS PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION. THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS OUTSTANDING; THE RAILINGS WERE DESIGNED AND WELDED AS ONE PIECE SPECIFICALLY FOR MY PORCH. THEY ARE VERY STURDY AND ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! TO TOP IT OFF, HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE RELATIVE TO TWO OTHER QUOTES I RECEIVED. HE'S BY FAR THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, SKILLED AND COURTEOUS CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER MET.
