LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT

I specifically chose Lowes for this project because 2 different people in the flooring section told me the Lowes contractor (Keller) did not use subcontractors. They did use a subcontractor. 2 Lowes employees lied to me. He left a thick cover of haze on the tile and said I would have to clean it off after the tile set. After cleaning some of it off I realized that is not right. I asked him to come clean it off and he did. After it dried i noticed 12 different places where he left thinset on the tile. He also left mortor on the walkway outside. I asked him to come back again to clean it off and he did. I was lied to by Lowes and received sloppy workmanship. Paid $1,700 for the job. I will never trust Lowes again for work.

It was a long time ago but it was a very good deal.  There were no additional charges.  They were always responsive and asking if they can help me with anything in finding something.  They were knowledgeable and they were able to help me with my questions regarding plumbing and other issues.

Their service was good. We spent $600 to $700 with them. We thought that they did a good job. The gentleman who came out was friendly and he cleaned up after himself. He did a good job. We have used them before and have been very happy with them. Their price was fair. We would use them again in the future if we had any appliance repair and things like that.

Lowes came the day after we purchased the water heater to install it. They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They did very well, and I didn't have any problems with them. Their prices are fair.

They even sent someone to inspect it to make sure the quality was good. The next day they called to find out if I was satisfied or not. That was very impressive to me.

Their people did not follow up with me. The people would would not work with me at all. It seemed like they just had a bunch of people working there in a call center. It took three months to install this door. I also had to get a permit to install the door. When they installed the door, it did not meet code, which is why it delayed so long! I had to call someone else to fix it. I will never go in this store again. The sub contractor was good, but he had to work through Lowe's. He at least tried to work with me but he still did not install it correctly.

The carpet they installed is gorgeous it is nicer then we expected. We are very pleased with them. I would use them again. They were very friendly to work with. The installers cleaned up very well, and left it as nice as it was before.

The subs dropped the water heater off of their truck which caused internal damage to the water heater. I will not use Lowe's. They did eventually replace it with another water heater only because I threaten legal action.

I bought the fan at their store. Fill out some paper work, and the very next day some one called to install the fan. They scheduled the installation for a Friday, but had to reschedule for Saturday, because they were behind. But, aside from that they were on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a good job.

Lowe's sent out a subcontractor who was very good, punctual and polite. He completed the job very quickly. The opener works good and if I had any problems, I would return to Lowe's for support.

I went to this store on Aug 17th to request an estimate to be done for an installation of a laminate floor, which I purchased from them. I had to get moved in to my home and everything needed to be done and ready by Sept. 1st. They showed up ten days later to do the measuring after I prepaid for them to do the estimate. I finally heard from them on Sept 2nd, when they came to do the work. I had to make three appointments with this 3rd party company that Lowes had hired to do the installation. The 1st appointment they missed, the second; they came four hours late and complained all day, the third; they needed to lay the laminate down. When they went to Lowes to pick up the rest of the flooring, which I prepaid for, Lowes had sold my merchandise! I thought they Lowes and the third party company that they have used to do the installation was very unprofessional, and I was very disappointed!
