I haven't had a minutes problem with it. They didn't install it. I never contacted them to install it. They delivered it. I just came in there picking up other things and saw it. I was ready to get rid of the one I had.

I wouldn't give them a 10/10. I was not here to check. The owner always has to leave. Clean up, they left some stuff behind. I had to call one of the times for them to pick it up. They have a company that they hire for the job. Price I think was good.

They installed a new washing mahine for us. The delivery guys were not able to reverse the way the door opened for us, which they were supposed to do. He didn't check to make sure it was working before he left, and it turned out that the machine was defective, and did not work. I called the customer care line, and they were very helpful in getting this handled. They said that they could replace the machine for us, and that they would send out a crew who could fix the door for us as well.

He was professional. I initially contacted him a month and a half ago and I got a call 2 weeks ago. I kept scheduling and he never came. It took him 3 weeks before he could get back to me. I am still waiting for an email. They were very poor. His scheduling was awful.

They guaranteed their work, the work was pretty good! They check their workers so I don't have to check them myself so that's why I go with them. I really don't have to do anything, I just contact them, and they send the people out to do the work, I also use a credit card with them that saves me money!

I had a good deal with them. We are actually there all the time.

The experience was okay; they are about like the other big box store that they compete with. If I could ask them to do anything it would be to lower their prices.
