In the beginning he would bill once for the clean up. He would not over bill. He then quoted $120.00 to do my large lawn and then wanted to be paid in advance for the maintenance which I did. I paid him as he requested, and it went beautifully for two months, then winter came. I then left for an extended trip and while I was gone my friends checked on the lawn and nothing had been done, but I continued to pay him. I stopped sending the checks and never called him again and he did not call me.
