Lonnies installed a brand new Trane unit at a home I now own. In less than 6 months, unit isn’t working. REFUSED to honor the warranty even though I transferred it to my name through the manufacture. REFUSED to give me any paper work for the warranty, equipment or other paperwork regarding the install of this new equipment. Still hasn’t closed out the permit with the city for inspection so now I have to jump through hoops to get him to work. Hired a Trane certified technician to come diagnose and guess what? ITS AN INSTALLATION issue that would have been easily avoidable had Lonnies ac knew what they were doing and were Trane certified, which they are now. Also, not BBB accredited which should tell you something.

I contacted Lonnie for a service call because I went to turn on my heater and it didn't
blow out any heat, only air from the furnace. Lonnie came out and
performed some checks on the condenser & furnace, he suspected
the issue was with the thermostat which I replaced months
earlier(Standard Honeywell thermostat to Honeywell programmable
thermostat) with a programmable one. I did not have the manual at the
time nor did Lonnie, he bypassed the thermostat at the furnace to
test the A/C & Heat then confirmed that the thermostat/thermostat
programming was the issue which I agreed because I saw both A/C and
Heating work when in bypass. He when into the thermostat settings and
changed how it worked with the condenser & furnace with using a
Honeywell manual from another model. The Heat worked after he changed
those settings. A few days later the weather changed and it became
hot outside, so I went to turn on the A/C and noticed it wasn't
working. I went into my collection of manuals and located the manual
for my thermostat, the verbiage for the programming didn't make sense
to me so I contacted Lonnie. I let Lonnie know that I found the
manual and that my A/C wasn't working, he then told me that if he
were to come out again it would require another service call and I
would be charged again.
At this point I felt like lonnie abandoned me, he left the situation knowing that the
thermostat wasn't programmed correctly because the options for the
settings were unknown. Once I located the manual he wasn't willing to
come by and make the situation right, I understand that Lonnie runs a
business and Lonnie need to earn income however at the same time in
order to keep relationships in tact customers need to be satisfied.
Instead of paying Lonnie again to correct this I chose to contact
Honeywell support, they were able to aid me in the programming of the
correct settings for the thermostat to work with my condenser &
furnace. In hindsight I should have contacted Honeywell support in
the first place, At this point I'm no longer satisfied with Lonnie.
He only seems to care about revenue and does not care about customer
service, I will be conducting research to locate an A/C company to
replace his services.

Lonnie is very good at what he does and will tell me if anything is not right or if everything is good, as he did today. I trust Lonnie to always do the right things. You just don't get that kind of service and peace of mind in this day and age. When you call for service, Gayle will answer and get you service as soon as possible. She has been there forever and will do what is necessary to assist you.

S erviced the condencer and compressor which is accessable by ladder and cleaned the drip pan and made sure the shut off valve area was working properly in the attic.
I have used Lonnie's for several years and they have always been prompt and very fair. I will use them again shortly for my next service call. These guys are good and very honest. Lonnie has is son and grandson working for and with him so it is a family business. I  would recommend Lonnie's to anyone......

They are a family business and they come out when they say they are going to come out. They are very friendly and I trust what they say because I did hire someone else to come out, but they didn't get good grades on Angie's List; so I went back to Lonnie's. I used the other people only for an hour. I wouldn't call anybody else because they are reliable.

Very well. Outside fan unit would not work. They gave me a time and were here at that time. He figured out the problem without additional service time and replaced the part.

I have been using him for almost 11 years and he is very good. He came out on time and checked my system and installed the anti-freeze. He has always been pleasant and punctual. The young lady that makes the appointments has also been very pleasant especially because I had to reschedule a couple of times. I also recommended him to a friend of mine 4 years ago and he replaced her air-conditioning system and deducted the additional charges on the bill.

Recent cold snap had overnight lows dropping below freezing for several nights running. My old (14 yrs) heat pump was just not up to the task. Got home from work to discover indoor temp only 63 degrees (I set it for 68), turned UP the thermostat and an hour later the temp had dropped to 60 degrees. Phoned first thing in the am and Lonnie's had Wayne out to my house that morning! He checked out the system including the electrical, replaced a burned out capacitor, and added more Freon (which was running low). Within minutes of the repair my old system was humming along making my house a balmy 72 degrees. Bliss.

They came exactly on the day I requested, punctual, checked everything and were gone in 30 minutes. I've used them before when a fuse burnt out and service was just as good. They are thorough; don't try to push unnecessary upgrades or extra services, offer ways for me to save on my unit and save money. Perhaps they are not the cheapest repairmen, but I want quality for my A/C.

My parents used them, and I was so impressed with their treatment that I continued with their service. They do not try to sell you nifty gadgets; they encourage people to use appropriate filters in order not to overstress their unit. When I had to have a special talking thermostat installed (because I'm blind) they went out of their way to work with the provider to find out specifically what I would need. They go beyond the ordinary and I consider them not only providers, but friends.
