As soon as we had made the 50% down payment to get work started, he stopped returning phone calls. It was supposed to take 4 weeks to build the door and it took 5 months. When we received the door it was crooked and had the glass in the door installed incorrectly. We called to get it fixed. As soon as he found out what we wanted, he stopped taking our calls and has not responded to our repeated requests for repair for the last 4 months. PLEASE - RUN do NOT Walk away from this crooked business. Save yourself while you still can! PS - The original bid included shipping, when the door arrived at the job site we had to pay and extra $100 for delivery
