Avoid this situation. When you call Garage Door Service ( 1-0855-742-7243), what you get is not a company but an independent contractor. Further, there are no warranties of any kind on the work. You do not know this until you pay and receive a receipt which states this on the back side of  document. When we called "Garage Door Service" this individual came promptly and appeared to repair the garage door opener. It failed approximately the next day. We called and he returned, was here very briefly and the door again functioned. It stopped working again shortly thereafter. When I again called to indicate that the door had not been effectively repaired I was told I needed a new garage door. I asked if that was the case why were we not informed of that on the first visit.  There was no answer. When I asked how Mr. Gorbatov knew that without looking at the current problem, he again had no answer except to say " call the company." However, the "company" appears to be nothing more than a service that directs callers to independent contractors.
I was unable to supply an address for either Garage Door Service or Mr. Gorbatov since neither the receipt nor his card contained an address.
