The original Line-X liner on my truck bed began to peel this past year. I kept my original warrantee from 2002 which said as long as I was the original owner it would be repaired. At first sight, Molly was convinced that the original installation was not done well. Molly immediately took pictures and electronic measurements in order to send to corporate. Line-X of Brandon called back in two days and said that corporate would honor the warrantee and scheduled a respray the following week. Molly made sure that I would be satisfied and the results were spectacular.

We called and spoke to Kevin and Molly to discuss options and possibly schedule an appointment prior to leaving on a trip. They are great to deal with and provided one of the highest levels of customer service we've ever experienced. Options were explained in detail and they were willing to work around our time constraints. While we decided to hold off on the bed liner for now, we will absolutely go back to them when we're ready to have it installed. I've never felt compelled to write a review for a company I didn't actually use but these folks made an impression on me and my wife with their high level of customer service. We would proudly recommend them to everyone.

They have many hands-on samples or mock ups of accessories for pickup trucks to view inside the waiting room and in front of the building making comparison shopping for these items easier. Highly recommend. We recently even received an email Christmas card from them. They offer discount for Angie's list members or veterans.

They’re great! They are a husband and wife team and I worked closely with Molly. They offer the same service as other companies in the area for a less price and even gave me a military discount. For any truck accessory, I would look at them first.

They did a good job and the cost was a good deal. They are the local Line-X dealer and I was not aware of any other spray on bed liner company in the area. I had seen a lot of examples of their work and they do a good job. They are a family owned local company and I like to support local companies. The owner himself did complete the work. The work did take longer than they had told me and I was waiting on the work. They did a very thorough job and I was pleased with the work.

I have used their services several times over the past three years and they have been great! I worked closely with the owners Molly and Kevin. I am happy with the service, people, and price. They do what they say they are going to do for the price they say, and even go the extra mile. As an added bonus, Kevin is a Veteran.

I have used their services a couple of times. Molly and Kevin are the owners. They are always hands on and great! I did not feel any pressure. They show you all of their products, variety, and go through each feature of all the items with you. They are a wonderful company! I will be going back to them have them measure and install Weathertech floor mats as well.

I love my Line-X bed coating and couldn't be happier with both the look and the durability. I had it colored match which I was nervous about, but they assured me it would match and would be just as durable. The color is perfect and it looks great, and I use my truck as a work truck so it takes a lot of abuse, the coating is holding up great and proving very durable. I plan on using them again for my future Jeep project. I'm completely satisfied with the quality of the product and the service they provided and highly recommend them to every truck bed out there.

I needed a new truck bed cover for a Toyota Tundra crew max and wanted another DIAMONDBACK cover. It took a couple of phone calls and conversation with DIAMONDBACK in Pa. but found the one that fit, I wanted and we ordered the cover. Due to excessive snow in Pa. and a computer crash, the cover wa delayed and I needed something to protect my belonging and fishing gear for a trip to Louisiana - when it became evident that the Pa. plant could not deliver in time, Kevin stepped in - ordered a substitute cover that my my truck perfectly - kept everything safe and dry. Kevin came in on Saturday morning to install the cover, charged me nothing at that time, trusted me with this "loaner", ensuring my trip was successful and safe. Find me another company in this day and age that "loans" you anything and trusts you to come back. LINE-X of Brandon went well out of its way to ensure I was taken care of, had the use of a quality product, ordered and installed a top quality truck cover. If I need anything for truck of car and LINE-X of Brandon carries it - that's where I will shop.
