I found Lily via a group discount site. She returned my call right away and scheduled me on the day and time I requested. She was very professional over the phone. Lily and her team cleaned my home pretty well. I was not able to be home during the cleaning as I would have pointed out a few items. Overall, she did a great job on my floors and removed the hard water spots off the shower glass sliding doors. Lily cleaned my home twice, I did not find the second time to be as thorough, but again I was not home to offer suggestions. I would use her services again but would clarify items for her to include. I really appreciate that she is prompt in returning calls, texts and emails.
