We had a very poor experience with this company, and I would not use them again.
We went to their Dale Mabry location, and immediately fell in love with two of the light fixtures. They were the wrong color, (one was gold and one was a dark iron) but the sales associate told us that they frequently refinish their products for their customers. We agreed to purchase them and have them refinished after being shown a "sample" of what the new finish would look like... They gave us a price for the fixtures and the refinishing that included all supplies and labor, we paid it. We were promised that they would be ready a week and a half later (we were on a deadline to have them ready for the electrician to install in our new construction home). A few days before they were promised, I called just to make sure they were still on schedule since I hadn't heard from them. The sales associate said that the gold chandelier would not be ready on time bc they forgot that they needed to change out the gold crystal connectors with silver crystal connectors and they didn't have any in stock. She said That since jt takes a few weeks to get the new parts, that i could come and pickup the fixtures anyway, have the electrician hang them without the crystal on them, and just wait for the connectors to come in a few weeks and install the crystals ourselves. She never mentioned that we would be charged more for them. I went to pick up the fixtures without the crystals, and was very disappointed in the quality. They looked cheap, nothing like the sample I was shown!! I could have done a better job spray painting them myself, but I was in a hurry and on a deadline, so I took them anyway. In the store, the owner told me they were still waiting on my crystal connectors, and that they were going to charge me more money for the new silver crystal connectors and more labor for putting them together!! I told him noone mentioned an additional cost before and that I didn't feel like I should be charged more money because they quoted me a price to do the entire refinishing which included all parts, supplies and labor already. He said it wouldn't be more than a "few dollars". Two weeks went by, and I never heard back from them. Finally after calling them several times, someone called me back and said the crystal connectors were ready for me to pick up and that I would be charged an additional $50!!!!! I said I am not paying $50 for that, and was told it would only be a few dollars! They told me that she would talk to her manager about my concerns. I arrived at the store to get them the next day, and she said she got the manager to agree to lower the price to $30, but that was the bottom line and I had to pay it or I couldn't have my crystals. I was so fed up with the whole thing that I just paid them and left with my crystals and connectors, which I still had to go and install MYSELF since they weren't done on time!!!! A few days later, one of the transformer on one of the. halogen pendant lights we also purchased from them blew, and the builder had to call and tell them it was a faulty light in order for them to replace it. They did replace it, but not before giving me a hard time for it. This place is a rip off and I warn anyone against purchasing from them.

Abbi was fantastic and knows the value of superb customer service. She showed me the lights, offered to find others on the Web, emailed options and offered to help in any way she could. She was not pushy, just helpful.  When we kept looking at the one we liked, but wanted an alteration, she was more than willing to see if she could accomodate. Not only did they accomodate, they fixed it, and treated us like kings and queens. If you need a light of any kind, I recommend their lights and service. We could not be happier!
