carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThe two carpet cleaners arrived more than 3 hours late. I had just about given up on them. However, when they got here, they were friendly and seemed to be honest. I was told that we needed the deep cleaning service done rather than the basic cleaning due to the nature of the soiled areas (body oil from a dog laying on the carpet). They were done in about an hour. The carpets looked great - no signs of soiled areas at all. If spots reappear within 14 days, the work is guaranteed. My only complaints are that they were late and didn't call, and they left a mess in the entry way where they were entering and exiting. I will call this company again because the carpet looks wonderful!
Description of Work: 3 rooms of carpet were "deep cleaned", rather than the "basic" service because our carpets had several spots from the body oils of the dog.
