LET'S FACE IT KITCHENS INC

I have remodeled many homes, especially kitchens and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We told the salesman and even showed him pictures of exactly what we wanted and he said they could do it and guaranteed it would be complete in two months. Six months later we still had no kitchen, had to order our glass doors and hardware from somewhere else. Ray Ruiz, the owner, was completely uncooperative and very rude. Turns out they don't even make their own cabinets (like the salesman said they did) and kept blaming it on the company they used to make them on the delay. Once we finally got the cabinets, we got them out of our home. Till this day we still have problems with cabinets hitting the stove when you open, drawers sticking etc.

It took approximately 4 months from the time I paid the initial installment for the countertop for them to get work started. On the day they were scheduled to start work, they missed the appointment, and didn't show up until the following afternoon. My kitchen project was supposed to be completed in 2 1/2 days. In reality, the majority of it was done after 4 days, not including the missed appointment. They needed to cut out the corian sink attached to the countertop that I never asked for, however the owner did replace it with one I wanted. Then I had a 2 month wait, to include 2 other missed appointments, for their employee to come back to put in two additional parts for my counter and remove my old countertop debris.

Their service was extremely efficient and the measurement was accurate. The subcontractor used for installation and did excellent work.

GOT THEIR INFORMATION OFF ONE OF THEIR TRUCKS WHILE STOPPED AT A LIGHT, WROTE IT DOWN AND KEPT IT. CAME TIME FOR MY SON TO REMODEL HIS KITCHEN, WE CALLED. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, THEY DELIVERED THE MATERIAL AND DID THE WORK WHEN THEY PROMISED IT, THEY CAME BACK OUT PROMPTLY TO MAKE A NECESSARY ADJUSTMENT, AND THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE. THE PERSONNEL WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. DEFINITE REHIRE!!
