Jim from Lesko was quick to respond and said he did the work quickly, but I was not present since it is a rental house. However, the roof continued to leak in the same exact place so I am not sure any work was done, and even if it was, it was not done completely or correctly since the roof leak did not change. When Jim returned to look at continuing leak, he told me it was part of a larger issue and nothing he can do. The problem is that that in the attic, we could both see where the water was coming in the same exact spot he was suppose to have repaired so the issue was not fixed. He said he was not going to fix it and I asked him to quote a new roof figuring I would at least be able to apply my $350 to a new roof, but of course I never saw a new roof quote and that was about 3 weeks ago.

Jim was very professional and stands behind his work. We called him for any emergency leak in our roof and even though it was raining he still came the same day and patched the leak. We had to call him back a second time but he stood by his word and came back to make additional repairs at no cost. We are very appreciative of his service.

Not counting some rain.....good. They did a great job and picked up every piece of debris.

Everything positive written in the reviews about Jim Lesko is accurate. We called him yesterday regarding a roof leak, he came out today. He discovered a hole in some shingles that created a leak, plumbing stacks needing replaced, and shingles that needed attention. He provided a fair estimate and then fixed everything on the spot. Jim is kind, honest, and professional, everything you could wish for when working with someone for any reason. Thank you, Jim!

He came out today, inspected the roof area in question, quoted a very reasonable price, and repaired the roof right then and there.  Love that his business is in the Seminole Heights area.

Jim Lesko, the owner, was available to come to my home within an hour. He located the problem and advised what he proposed to do to fix it. He also pointed out other areas of the roof that could potentially have the same problem in the future. I decided to have him repair not only the current leak, but also all of the other areas to prevent future leak issues.
I was delighted to find that Jim was available to do the work immediately himself. It took less than an hour.
Jim was exceptionally professional in every respect. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was wrong and how he proposed to deal with the problem. When finished, he went over what he did and how it should prevent future problems.
I would highly recommend Jim and his firm for anyone who is looking for prompt, courteous, professional roofing services.

I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I was able to schedule a free inspection and get an estimate almost immediately. Then, was able to have the repair done just as quickly. Jim was punctual, but even better than his positive work-attitude and friendly nature, was his price. But most importantly, he was able to furnish the necessary documentation required by my new home owner's insurance agent verifying that all the repairs were made per their inspection -- he even provided pictures of the finished job (which saved me from having to go up on the roof to take them myself).
I fully intend on using Lesko again when the time comes to fully replace my roof.

Mr. Lesko answered my phone call right away after I called a few other companies and got answering machines. I was looking to speak with someone right away as water was leaking into my entrance hallway. He came out to my house quickly and looked at the problem are on the roof. The difficulty was that the roof tiles were hiding whatever damage was underneath and that he would need to break and pull off a small amount of tiles to find the damage. Unfortunately, he explained that my tile was discontinued and no other tile would fit together correctly with mine- so he had to find some existing pieces of my exact tile. That could be as simply as finding some locally or if not having to do a search online that would require shipping costs.
Mr. Lesko left and told me he would start looking for the tile that day. He called back the next day and told me that he was able to purchase 10 tiles from a local supplier. He returned and was able to find the problem while breaking only 5 or so tiles. He discovered a large area of underlayment was peeled away from the roof which he repaired and then covered with the new tiles.
While he was up on the roof, Mr. Lesko even found some examples of poor workmanship from the original install that he repaired for me at no charge.

We contacted them and they came right back and did the job right. He is definitely affordable. He is the best.

Went superbly. Jim came out without delay and talked to me for over an hour. An honest guy who goes about his business fairly and tries not to upsell you on everything. Worked by himself, 3 days lead time where other roofing contractors were 3+ months.

Working with Jim Lesko is what you hope working with a contractor will be like. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and very thorough and his estimate was the best of a handful of comparable prices. He showed up when he said he would, he did the work he said he would and helped me to the roof to examine the work when I asked. He also answered all of my questions thoughtfully and with patience. In addition, he corrected some work that a non-tradesman had performed, without charging, and when later I called to ask if he could inspect an area that leaked following a rain event, he came by and sealed it...i wasn't even home. he just left me a message that the problem was taken care of--and it was. i like to build business relationships with talented people who value their customers. i have this relationship with Lesko Roofing...i highly recommend him.

Mr Jim Lesko was the owner and he did the work. He was polite and thorough - also explained what was to be done and showed pictures he took before and after repairs. He instilled confidence that he had discovered the problem ( which was exactly what a previous estimate company had told me was wrong - also apparantly an honest contractor ) I felt Lesko was honest and did not 'pad' the repair with immaginary problems and excess charges. I believe I am a good judge of human nature and my gut feel was that Lesko was experienced and honest - ..so I had him do the work on the spot .

Very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous. I bought the skylight I wanted and they charged me 550 to install it. They were able to replace the old damage wood and install the new skylight. The skylight looks great and neat. They cleaned up after they left. it's perfect no leaks since.

Mr. Lesko returned my call promptly, and arranged to come out and look at the portion of my roof that was leaking. This was a flat portion of the roof that had developed a tear in the covering. Mr. Lesko advised me the best option was to add a add a patch to the entire area, since replacing the roof would mean peeling back the slanted portion of the roof. He gave me an estimate and turned up a few days later as promised and quickly completed the repair. He also patched up some other cracks around the roof line. The site was left clean, and the repair looked professional and has held up great.Overall a very pleasant and professional experience. I would recommend this vendor.

He did a great job. I was very impressed. He was professional and punctual. We had another roofer come over and inspect his work and he told us that Lesko Roofing did an amazing job and he would hire him anytime.

I plan to use Jim again especially with my real estate clients. As a realtor it is important to have a few good people to refer. He is not pushy and tries to save you money.
