I got a great value with a Groupon ($79 for one month) and decided to try it out. Everyone was incredibly friendly and non-judgmental. I didn't really have that much weight to lose but I needed a jump start. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and the staff was incredibly supportive and friendly. The only issue I had was setting up the original appointment, I had to wait 6 weeks to get in, but after that the weekly appointments were simple enough to set up and never took longer than 10 -15 minutes. I would recommend Lecada, and have recommended Lecada, to anyone who is serious about losing weight!
