 + 0 moreI was looking for a standard repaint to prep my condo for sale in south Tampa. As an investment property, my goal was to keep cost down while maintaining a clean/sharp look. I called a few places, but what made me settle LDK Services were 2 things. Price, and the conversation with Devin. He seemed to care more about his work and reputation than simply completing jobs. My feelings were right on. Devin & John care about the finished product, and that's about all I can ask for when it comes to peace of mind i.e. not having to micromanage the process from start to finish. Good experience

 + -1 moreLDK Services did a fantastic job. For the estimate I had about 5 different companies come out and give me an estimate. I thought their estimate was the most detail oriented and I was also given the impression that they wanted to make sure we were on the same page in terms of what I wanted done. The price was very reasonable and I also knew I was paying for a professional, high quality paint job. Devin & John came out to paint and powerwash the house. These guys were very friendly, courteous, and just a pleasure to have met. They were efficient, detail oriented, and did a fantastic job on the house Would highly recommend
