LDK Services is a construction and remodeling company based in Tampa, Florida. We provide handyman services to homeowners needing small jobs, remodels, repairs and maintenance. We have over 20 years of experience in home renovations and construction-based projects. We do projects that take several days as well as smaller projects. LDK Services did a fantastic job. For the estimate I had about 5 different companies come out and give me an estimate. I thought their estimate was the most detail oriented and I was also given the impression that they wanted to make sure we were on the same page in terms of what I wanted done.

 The price was very reasonable and  I also knew I was paying for a professional, high quality paint job.
Devin & John came out to paint and powerwash the house. These guys were very friendly, courteous, and just a pleasure to have met. They were efficient, detail oriented, and did a fantastic job on the house

I was looking for a standard repaint to prep my condo for sale in south Tampa. As an investment property, my goal was to keep cost down while maintaining a clean/sharp look. I called a few places, but what made me settle LDK Services were 2 things. Price, and the conversation with Devin. He seemed to care more about his work and reputation than simply completing jobs. My feelings were right on.

Devin & John care about the finished product, and that's about all I can ask for when it comes to peace of mind i.e. not having to micromanage the process from start to finish.
