KUHN HONDA & VOLKSWAGEN COLLISION REPAIR

It went terrible. I had to go back 4 times as they keep missing things that were extremely obvious and also to correct work that was done very very poorly. Also I had the car inspected by the manufacturer and the outcome was not good. They used substandard aftermarket parts that did not fit correctly, damaged a tail light while painting, did a terrible job on the paint and there were parts missing. It took them nearly a month to get to this point. They have no integrity, do a terrible job, and I'd never go back.

Great service. Great results. Scored a B on price but I doubt they control that since the insurance adjuster determined cost. Scored a B on Punctuality only because it was done a couple days after they said it would be done.

On the basis of Angies List reviews, I drove our car to Kuhn Honda Repair. The estimate was quick and efficient and acceptable to my insurance company. We made arrangements for when the repairs would be made. They had our car for about 2.5 days, which was quite acceptable, considering the damage. I did use the coupon, which helped cover the deductible on my insurance. It has been 4 months since the repairs were made and I have no repair related problems at all. The Estimator and staff were all professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If I am in another accident, I will certainly go back to Kuhn.

I have been in three accidents in the past 8 months. Kuhn has repaired my cars the past 2 times and I plan on returning to them for the third fender bender I've been in recently. They have completed the work timely and professionally and my car always looks just as good as new when I've picked it up. Very pleased with their work and will go there in the future (hopefully, though, no more accidents!).
