He doesn't advertise at all. Everything he does is by word of mouth. They were extremely responsive. If I put in a call, they got back to me and they were here promptly. It was fixed the first time. Unfortunately about 10 days ago, we had some rains and I found a couple of drops of water under where it has been leaking. I called them and he called me back 2 hours later and asked if they could come at 7:00 the next morning. They showed up and the man climbed up on the roof and took a look around. He told me it had separated a little bit from the house and they fixed it immediately, and it has been fine ever since. We just had some rains over the last couple of days.
