I reached out to Will of Knox Landscaping and Design about trying to convert part of my back yard into a paved patio. It was very easy to set up a scheduled time, and he was even early. Will was very knowledgable about dimensions and paver styles that would best suit my home/backyard. I was curious and asked a ton of questions, and with ease, Will was able to give me the confidence to make this happen. During the installation, Will was extremely detailed and also very precise. He was forward with me about timeframe's and when the project could be completed. During the timeframe (living in Florida) we ran into a rainstorm. Not a problem. Will was very flexible and we set up a time to finish. He even went over his previous work to make sure all the pavers would end up flush throughout the patio. In the end my new paved patio was beautiful!! The color scheme he suggested matched perfectly and every time I have people over, people always give me compliments. Obviously after compliments, I always refer Will's company of Knox Landscaping and Design. I actually have another project that I have in mind coming up...guess who I'm giving a call?? This man is passionate about his work and loves to see his customers happy. You don't see this everyday but the guy knows his stuff. Not only with yard work but even to small details, down to exotic plants that make a home "homey". This review is highly recommended!! I'm very excited to give Will a call and begin the next project!

This is a fine "up and coming" company. Great follow through by Will who is the owner. He had great suggestions for replacing existing plants. He called promptly and appeared promptly! Customer service is very important to me. I owned my own business some time ago so I put a lot of value on how I am treated. The work was meticulous and the price was reasonable. I would definitely call Knox Landscaping & Design for any future projects (Will Knox) I have.

Hired him to install brick pavers in my back yard after getting an irrigation system. He took great care of my system and made sure to not break any sprinkler heads. The grass looks so amazing and my dogs absolutely love it back there now. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of work. A million stars!

I hired Will to install brick pavers in my back patio which turned out perfect. I then hired him to install st Augustine sod and cypress mulch in my back yard. The work was done quickly and the grass grew in super thick and still looks perfect. I will be hiring him to landscape the rest of the home in the near future. His communication and recommendations made for a perfect project.

Did not show or call at the specified AM time. Mowed 1/3 lawn and had to stop due to rain. Said he would return the next morning. No show with no call or contact until 5 day and sent text asking if we could pick up where we left now than his lawnmower is out of the shop. I told him no as I did not know if he was ever returning and hired someone else. This guy is very nice but should have called me if he couldn't return because his mower was in the shop. I would have waited. Just needs to learn to communicate better. Worthy of a try again by someone with smaller yard.

The manager knows all about trees,shrubs,plants. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and worthy of trust, Professional and I recommend him to anyone he does great work! He comes out as promised!!!

Last company I worked with cancelled on me the day before a home inspection. Called Mr. Knox and came out right away (within a few hours) and did an amazing job! No worries anymore about my inspection. I even hired him to handle my other property. Wish I could give him more stars!!!
