Our air conditioning system failed on one of the hottest days in Tampa, FL.  My husband and I were distressed over a potentailly budget-busting repair or replacement bill for our air conditioning system.  My neighbors recommended Mr. Kevin Lynch, who does HVAC work in the New Tampa area. Mr. Lynch responded within minutes of our call for assistance with our failed air conditioning system. Mr. Lynch examined our system and found the problem in less than FIVE minutes. He told us that we did not need to buy a new AC system.  Mr. Lynch showed us that our system's "fan & compressor run capacitor" had failed due to the multiple power fluctuations that the New Tampa area had been experiencing. He replaced the failed capacitor and my AC system works beautifully.  He also made suggestions on how a more modern thermostat could reduce our heating and air conditioning costs which are CONSIDERABLE in Tampa, FL. Mr. Lynch's reputation for high competence and HONESTY is well earned. Too many people in the HVAC business would have told us that we had to buy an entire new AC system. Mr. Lynch is an exemplary professional who treats everyone with courtesy and respect. He is prompt and his pricing is more than reasonable. He took the time to not only explain the problem with our system but he also showed us what was wrong and WHY. My neighbors are right about him.  He is the best!
