Mr. Lynch showed us that our system's "fan & compressor run capacitor" had failed due to the multiple power fluctuations that the New Tampa area had been experiencing. He replaced the failed capacitor and my AC system works beautifully. He also made suggestions on how a more modern thermostat could reduce our heating and air conditioning costs which are CONSIDERABLE in Tampa, FL. Mr. Lynch's reputation for high competence and HONESTY is well earned. Too many people in the HVAC business would have told us that we had to buy an entire new AC system. Mr. Lynch is an exemplary professional who treats everyone with courtesy and respect. He is prompt and his pricing is more than reasonable. He took the time to not only explain the problem with our system but he also showed us what was wrong and WHY. My neighbors are right about him. He is the best!
