They came back immediately as requested for touchups and again were always punctual. We would highly recommend this company.
Karen and Danny Alonso took a personal interest in all aspects of the project, and provided superb, professional advice and service. Both Karen and Danny visited the job site numerous times at regular intervals during the project to inspect the work and make certain the work was being performed in a quality manner and our requirements were being met. The work crews were friendly, clean, efficient, and professional. After each day's work, the crew cleaned up their work area. When I called the company office or emailed Karen or Danny to ask questions or obtain a status, I received responses within a reasonable amount of time. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of workmanship, project management, and professional performance by the entire Kitchen Bath and Beyond team. We would and have recommended Kitchen Bath and Beyond to our neighbors and friends.
The remodel consisted of - removing wallpaper, dismanetelling shower, sinks, countertops, comode area, lights fans, finishing walls to match rest of house, painting and rebuilding vanity and master shower.
Karen accompanied the two installers who would be doing the complete job. They arrived exactly at the shceduled time, explained how the job would be done and they immediately began work. The installers were extremely dilligent, and arrived on time daily and worked full days. They protected the walk through areas very well and cleaned up each day upon completion of the day's work. Their work was exemplary and meticulous, they were obviously proud of their workmanship.
The work was completed three days proior to the estimated date, which inclluded a frame-less shower enclosue.
We would not hesitate to work with this good company again.
We had been remodeling our home bit by bit, and when we hired them the got right to it. When they said they were coming, they showed up.
They were courteous. They would answer our phone calls anytime we needed.
Every night they left they cleaned up, the vacuumed, and dusted.
They were amazing.
Thank you Kitchen Bath & Beyond!!!
I am thrilled with the results, and all of my neighbors are impressed.
I visited a friend last week, and after telling her about my new kitchen she said, "You have not had one bad thing to say about your kitchen or the process." And I still don't! Karen advised and guided me in choosing all of the fine details, and I have a wonderful kitchen that works as beautifully as it looks!
We decided to get an estimate from KBB. This was our first (major!) remodel, and naturally, we were a little nervous about the whole process.
Immediately upon meeting Karen and Danny, I felt very comfortable with them. Both personable and professional, they came to our house, took measurements, and discussed ideas with us. They listened to our pain points regarding the previous bathroom, as well as what we were hoping to achieve with the new bathroom. We discussed some ideas on the spot, and they were very open to some of my ideas, which we decided against because it wouldn't have worked space-wise... and I'm glad we didn't go with my ideas. This is exactly why you hire professionals for stuff like this :)
In our follow-up meeting to discuss the estimate, Karen and Danny were very patient with us. We are a little indecisive, but thankfully, Karen has excellent vision and gave us great guidance (without being pushy - everything was ultimately our decision). We knew that this was the company to go with - we did not feel like we were getting "swindled" and between the great comments from my husband's boss and the wonderful personalities of Karen and Danny, we knew we were in good hands.
It's amazing the little details that make a big difference. I work from home a lot, and the guys who did the work were not noisy (except when they had to be, like demolition day, which is understandable). And they are such nice guys and hard workers. It was impressive how much progress was made each day. And my favorite part.... every day, they laid down rugs from the front door to our master bath, so as to not track in dirt. Every day, they completely cleaned the work area before leaving, and picked the rugs back up. I know these seem like minor details, but I was impressed by this level of care.
Today is the last day of the project, and the bathroom looks AMAZING. Between the porcelain tile and granite and open shower plan... we are in love. We are so happy with the quality of the work, and to top it off, they are finishing about a week earlier than planned. I already have plans for KBB to redo our other bathrooms, our fireplace, and of course, our kitchen. Karen and Danny have a lot of experience under their belts, and it really shows. They are a great team and we are so happy that we chose KBB.
I highly, highly recommend KBB for your remodeling needs!!!!

Karen and Danny came to my house, promptly at our appointment time, did the measurements and talked to me about what I was looking for. When they presented me their quote, they included everything I wanted and in fact added some special touches. Karen suggested going with a counter depth refrigerator to give us more space, enclosing the refrigerator, adding some additional drawers, and also putting some panels on the side of the cabinets to give it a polished look. They also presented it to me in a 3-d image of my kitchen, which really helped me see what it would look like.
Once we started working on the design of my kitchen I realized how wonderful it was to have Karen as my personal designer. I had a gereral idea of what I wanted, but realized choosing what would look best together was a challenge. Karen was able to narrow down my choices, stear me away from some things that wouldn't look good, but still give me the freedom to make the final decision. When picking out my backsplash I had a real hard time making a decision. Karen walked me through it and picked one she thought was my style and would look best in the kitchen. Not being able to visualize it I went ahead and trusted her choice. It turned out beautiful and I can honestly say the backsplash is one of my favorite designs in the kitchen. I can't express how much I appreciate the help she provided.
When the work started I was given a 5 week time frame, but was told by Danny it shouldn't take that long, and it didn't. His crew was here promptly every morning, worked the entire day and were able to complete it in 2 weeks. During the process I realized how nice it was to have them do all the work and not subcontract out. During the demo of the kitchen a plumbing issue was discovered due to the builder. They were able to get a plumber out promptly to fix the issue, and his crew was able to work around it and not miss a beat. I can only imagine how this could have presented a problem if they had not been able to complete other tasks. Watching them do the work was methodical and they were very efficient. I could tell they had a daily plan which used their time wisely. This ultimately was the reason they were able to finsh ahead of schedule. Danny was here regularly checking on the work and making sure even the smallest detail was perfect. My kitchen looks beautiful.
I couldn't be happier with my kitchen and would reccommend them to anyone remodeling their kitchen.

Her work crew were quiet and meticulous. They were extremely patient and respectful with our "in the center of the work area" animals. Working around our busy schedules, this crew set up the "saw area" in the driveway. In and out of our home, they were careful with maintaining security while providing blankets for protection in the walkways.
Everyone knows how a make shift kitchen is unbearable, however, the timing to complete this project was earlier than expected. Much earlier! This was a bonus. In addition to this company fixing a cabinet an outside contractor damaged was also unexpected. Kitchen Bath and Beyond was under no obligation to repair that damage since they were not affiliated with the installer. The compassion Karen and Danny demonstrates integrity in what customer service means.
The price, $12,300.00, was the same as the contract first stated. This team went above and beyond what was expected or paid to do. This must be what defines " Beyond" in their company name.
Thank you Karen, Danny and crew! I will recommend your company to my family, friends and beyond!
