With the pearl necklace, I assumed they would have to restring the entire necklace, but they were able to just fix the one pearl and charged me a nominal fee. The jewelry I am very happy with and they have always done a great job on the watch repair. It is the best jewelry store in Tampa. After I saw all the letters from people who were happy with the engagement rings Gabriel designed and made for them, I recommended them to my son. He and his wife are very happy with the special rings. I am going back in two weeks to have some jewelry appraised.
