Kelly provided an estimate promptly, rescheduled his work multiple times to accommodate delays by other contractors, and was always easily reachable by phone. He and his crew, Mike and Clint, arrived on time, worked quietly and neatly, and were always polite and professional. They swaddled everything they could in plastic to minimize dust, and did not leave a drop of stain on the new, white kitchen cabinets and appliances. They did such a good job finishing the old floors to match the new, you can't even find the seam, and cut the baseboards and quarter rounds very neatly to fit. They suggested lightly recoating the stairs to match the new floor, and did so at no extra charge; because we wanted to stay in the house while the stairs were ''wet'', they coated every other step one day and returned another day to coat the rest. All three have many, many years of experience in hardwood flooring. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
