It went fabulously! When we found a home and got our bid accepted Renee told me step by step what we needed to do as far as appraisal, inspection and insurance so we were not caught with surprises when we closed. The first time we went through the home she went through it like the pro she is checking...making notes...pointing things out I would never had been able to do. Our situation was a little different as we have a feral cat colony authorized through the humane society and Renee found a home that not only matched all our wants but also has no HOA! She would keep me on track for the deadlines we had to meet by email and messaging me. When I was not able to go the day of the inspection she went in my stead. When other members of Keller Williams sent me emails that had to be addressed she would call me and explain what they were and the date I had to get it done. We were so prepared at closing it took 15 minutes!
I would recommend Keller Williams to anyone who is interested in buying a home. Renee is going to our agent again when we sell the home we are in now and that makes me a lot more comfortable with that prospect.
