Its a sewing and fabric place and they offer classes. I took a class last February for quilt making. I sew, but I've never made a quilt. It was wonderful. The class was four weeks in a row. It was very well taught, very professional. The people in the shop were very professional they know what they're doing. If anybody is looking for a store for sewing things or classes, they are superb. They have sewing classes and have sewing products and notions. I go back there a lot. The sales people in there are extremely knowledgeable and good. I've been in for lots of things. They are really good about following up on things. I've ordered things, they've come in on time, they've called me, and I went in and picked them up. The service is very good. I've seen other classes, I was not part of them, but they have very good classes in there. The quality is superb, their quality is good.

I signed up for two sewing classes. One, an intro class in the North Tampa store and the second a basics class in the South Tampa Store. You have to purchase supplies for each class which, for both, ran me about $130.00 since I have nothing. I got a call before the class in North Tampa saying the class was cancelled because I am the only one to have signed up. So I call the South Tampa store to make sure that I can still attend the basics without having had the intro. Yes, yes, everything will be fine I am assured by the people. I double check that I am not the only person signed up and that class is still set. Yes, Yes, I am assured. I get a call a day before the class that it has been cancelled! I ask that they still hold the class since the first one was cancelled and now they are cancellng this one, nope they won't do it, but I can come next Monday for a whole new basics class, I will just need to purchase the supplies!
All I want to do is learn to sew! I've paid the fees, bought the supplies, I even swapped days at work to attend these classes! Although they people were nice, this is not the way to run a business.  Very disappointed.

They are excellent. They give me a written report on what they did and what they found was wrong. They have a contractor who comes in and does the work. I talk to him and then I receive a written report as well. Normally, I get the machine back within a day or two.  They are punctual, responsive, and professional.

They are excellent! Their employees are knowledgeable and more than willing to help customers. I would definitely recommend them over bigger chain stores.
