Katz Kleaning

The owner came by last week to do a walk through and to provide an estimate for the work to be done. She provided an amount and a day for the work to be completed, I mentioned company was coming so all work would need to be completed by no later than 6:00 that day. The owner assured me that was no problem and the estimate process was complete and positive. The night before the scheduled work date we exchanged text messages confirming the time and 6-8 hours of work to be performed. She and her husband arrived within the time agreed upon, however after working for maybe an hour they left without a word and the area they worked in was left in worse condition than when they began. As soon as I discovered they had left I tried calling and texting but have received no response. Unprofessional and unpleasant experience to say the least.
