Was always easy to reach or answer questions. If you don't have a mortgage with a bank yet she can recommend 1 or 2. Easy to work with to schedule to see houses, and when she knows your serious about a house will do all she can to negotiate a fair deal.

Outstanding Agent! I should have come to Angie's List from the beginning and would have saved myself a lot of frustration and poor service. I went through 4 agents before i finally resolved to come to Angie's List. What a mistake it was to wait! Buying a home in today's market can be extremely frustrating, but Karen has made the entire process a piece of cake. Her expertise and professionalism is surpassed only by her genuine concern for her clients. I could go on and on, but trust me Angie's List members in Tampa and the surrounding areas, don't waste your time with other real estate agents, Karen is the Best!

After having a horrible experience with our first Realtor, we contacted Karen. She was amazing! She helped us get an offer on our home, walk us through the process of a short sale and got everything to happen even though our lawyer was supposed to be taking care of it. She helped so much more than our attorney and is the reason our sale actually happened! We would recommend her to ANYONE!
