How did it go? It went great. I totally don't understand why KD Gutters hasn't had a review since 2013. I got three estimates for the work I needed done and Rico not only offered me better product but killed the others in price. As much as half the price one of the contractors gave me. Plus he quoted me 6" gutters in color to match my house and 4x5 downspouts and replace 4 broken/missing concrete anchors around base of enclosure. Only one other contractor even noticed the anchors. Look at "What did the provider do?" then look at "Approximate cost of service". Rico did all the work himself with one helper. He answered the phone nearly every-time I called him and when he didn't he got back to me quickly. He did not skimp on the guttering as it is Alcoa, the new screen is charcoal phifer: 18 x 14 mesh installed with flat spine which is what other contractors also quoted. Only problems we had was it kept raining setting back the finish date. Also when he was done the next rain I noticed a drip from one of the end caps. I called Rico who immediately answered the phone, listened to my problem and said he would be out the next day to fix it, which he did.
I couldn't be happier. I've gotten soaked walking around the house on two different occasions checking the guttering while it was raining and there were no problems. Plus I feel like I saved a boat load of money by trusting Rico (KD Gutters) over the other quotes I received who couldn't have done any better of a job. If your planning on any type of gutter work or re-screening your pool enclosure I can speak from experience: call Rico and let him tell you what he can do for you.

Rico of K and D Gutter Solutions was fantastic! He showed up when he said he would and performed all of his work as promised. A gentleman at all times. You don't have to babysit this man. You can be assured of quality work even if you can't be around. I would call K and D again in a heartbeat. Their workmanship is top notch and their prices are more than fair. I was also having a new roof put on at the time and my roofer was impressed with the quality of Kand D's work. If you need soffit or gutters, it would be well worth it to give K and D Gutter Solutions a call.

Rico was timely, answered my call promptly; came out and answered all my questions; gave me a fair estimate, and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. He did a beautiful job, working over two separate days. We are very pleased with the result.

First of all, I selected Kand D because the owner does the work himself rather than sub contractors or employees that work on commission. Usually it's the owner of the business who does the best work, and in this situation, Rico, the owner, did a great job. He was not only punctual by coming on the day and time he promised, but he took his time in a very methodical fashion to do a very good job. I don't think anybody else could have done a better job. I highly recommend him for any type of gutters.

The work that Kand D Gutter Solution, did was outstanding, as a retired carpenter and contractor,I do not think you will find better people, to deal with.

Overall excellent experience. They came in early afternoon and stayed until the job was done.

After recieving 3 quotes I chose www.kdguttersolutionsinc.com based on price and speaking with owner. The price was about half of the other quotes I recieved. I requested quotes for 96 sqft of seamless gutter and 2 downspouts installed on the back of my home.1. The Gutter Man $6962. Pyrimid Aluminum $7283. Kand D Gutter Solutions $378
The owner of Kand D Gutter Solutions Federico Londono came out and I also had him quote me for front of house.He came back with $322 for front and garage. So that was $700 for entire house..the savings was tremendous.He and a helper arrived on time day of installation and took 4 hours to complete work and clean up. The gutters look great and are very sturdy and secure. The downspouts are where I wanted/needed them. This was a very good experience. The warranty was 5 years labor and 20 material.
