This is a fantastic builder. This is the 3rd house I have built. The house was built as agreed but I was not informed about several options that were available and I would have purchased had I known. Use all the allotted time at the design center. That said, the finished product was good. There were several small detail items that needed to be addressed but were addressed in a timely manner by the construction supervisors. I have been through 2 of them and they were top notch. Most of the neighbors experienced similar issues. For example when I first moved in I had an issue with the A/C not cooling the house evenly which according the HVAC service provider is quite common. They were able to correct this issue in an hour and I only had to wait 1 day. Another was the finishing on concrete entry ways this was a poor job but the builder had them refinished quickly. Also the entry ways had some gaps in the weather stripping around the doors but again all was corrected in a timely and professional manner. This problem has recurred and are set to be repaired. My assessment is that though there were some disappointing quality in finish items, this is a builder who cares about it's customers. If I can name names Randy, Rob and Sonny are top shelf...

Do not buy from this unethical company who has sent me a letter from their attorney to stop discussing problems with home to future homeowners in the Parsons Woods subdivision. I have had more problems in this new house than I did in 21 years with other houses. This week I had plumbers, air conditioning and window contractors deal with awful and cheap built home. Here are a few of the many problems: air conditioner does not cool entire house evenly, cheap flexible duct work, no vent was put in the master bath for toilet and sink. sliding glass doors put in uneven with trip hazard at threshold, slide door has gap with water and bugs entering house, kitchen faucet not aligned correctly with sink, garage extreme heat due to no ventilation, door knobs have fallen off, cheap carpet, dryer and dish washer do not work properly, grout not sealed, pavers not sealed, concrete stains too easily, toilets too short for tall people, uneven baseboards, low water flow to master shower, lengthy time to get hot water to kitchen sink, no gutter system which causes water hazards around house especially by front door, and................................list goes on and on!! I was not disclosed that the house was opted out at closing due to problems found by the previous buyers

They are doing a great job with repairs, with repairs they are doing it right but they are not always done right the first time. The kitchen cabinets had been going on for 2 months now. The builder, they subcontract to have installers who purchase to manufacturers. There are 3 different parties involved and they went through whole round of finger pointing and that’s why it’s been taking too much time. But I just got word yesterday; basically all brand new everything had been ordered and will be in within the next week or two. The other issues, they have mostly come right, yes that is not right, we’ll fix it and it’s been done within a week or 2. They are very responsive in getting it done quickly. We had some sort of construction person in the house every single day doing something. They are trying to keep whatever construction debris or mess.

It's been a good experience. The construction managers were great. You call them and within thirty minutes they call you back. If you report any issues whether big or small they were right over to fix it and that is before and after. They are big on customer service, they send you thank you card. They've been very nice. I went to the club house in our community but I couldn't get a response from the manager so the sales girl helped me reached somebody. They really have good quality homes.
