Jorge Nunez spent a couple of hours inspecting my potential home. I shadowed him, as I wanted to learn as much about my new home as possible. Jorge was patient, apparently knows EVERYTHING about houses, and explained processes to me every step of the way.
I am an on-time type of person, but each time I met with Jorge (he inspected 2 houses for me in my home buying process), he was at our meeting place ahead of me, already at work. He walked all over the roof, carefully inspected the outside of the house, advised me on items I would need to attend to after moving in (cutting back trees to protect my roof,making sure to keep water away from the foundation, etc). Inside the home, he inspected the plumbing, the temperature of the water, the electrical panel and outlets, the flappers in the toilets, and each and every detail of the home's construction and condition.
In the attic, Jorge Nunez checked to see what hurricane prevention techniques had been employed. Jorge explained the state programs that reference hurricane prevention, what benefits I might receive from implementing them, how to maintain my home and answered each and every question I had, patiently and in complete detail.
Jorge Nunez was professional, on time, personable and infintely knowledgeable. Inspection reports were timely, detailed, and full of pictures, notes and recommendations. I was not only informed, but protected from making a wrong decision in choosing a home, and educated in the process!
